Psalm 8

Is there anything in creation that stops you in your tracks and leaves you in complete awe?  

The silent strength of the Rocky Mountains? The unbridled power of Niagara Falls? The seemingly otherworldly beauty of the Northern Lights?  

Our words could never totally describe the beauty of God's creation, could they? They could come close. They could help start the conversation but never truly capture how incredible it is. You need to see it to understand.  

And yet, when we gaze at the beauty of God's creation in awe and mostly without words, it points us to something much bigger. We're not just in awe of creation but of the underlying truth that there is a creator. There’s a powerful, creative being who has designed this world not just functionally but with indescribable beauty.  

The mind-blowing thing about all this is that the creator responsible for the skies above and the earth below says that His attention and affection are reserved for us.  

That creator is truly majestic.
